Chris Moser war einer der 13 Angeklagten im Wiener Neustädter Tierschützerprozess. Am 21.5.2008 wurde er vor den Augen seiner Kinder gefangen genommen, drei einhalb Monate lang eingesperrt und nach einem langwierigen, kräfteraubenden Prozess in allen Anklagepunkten freigesprochen.
